ALICE .04Appalti is a system constituted by different integrated applications able to support the Contracting Authorities with computerised and telematic management of the tendering procedures and digital interaction with the economic operators, in accordance with the regulations regarding the Public Contracts (Legislative Decree 163/2006, its modifications and enforceable regulations). More than 25 years of experience in the telematic management of the call for tenders for LLPP, allowed, with the coming into effect of the recent regulations on the Contracts, the application of a methodological and information property on the world of call for tenders for Supplies and Services.
Due to a modular and scalable system, ALICE .04Appalti allows you to gradually implement an e-procurement system.
ALICE .04Appalti is the only system created to manage, firstly, the traditional procedures through back office software, secondly, to gradually switch to electronic management of suppliers and, finally, to permit the management of the telematic call for tenders.
