A company can be defined a global supplier when it is able to offer to the customer, apart from software solutions, all the services that help him to define and express his own needs and to start the system. Since the beginning, the services have represented one of the aspects for which the ALICE solutions’ customers consider ELDASOFT as more than just a supplier, but instead a reliable partner for the Public Administration. The extensive range of services is a result of the many and various competences acquired in almost 30 years of activity. The main activities are:
- the consultancy to define the customer’s targets and expectations
- the computer consultancy to design the ideal/suitable architecture to satisfy the operating requirements
- the normative consultancy: ELDASOFT always has at its disposal a team of professionals and experts of the subjects dealt with in the applications, in order to provide products always in line with the normative requirements
- the training, in order to allow the customer to have a correct and fast use of the applications
- operation assistance: it is needed generally after the initial training stage and it is intended to support the customer with continuity in the first periods of software use, by performing the activities with him (e.g. support in achieving the first call for tender procedures, in the case it is used ALICE Gare d'Appalto)
- customer’s database recovery, conversion and transfer: it represents one of the key activities when a customer starts to use this application and wants to transfer data from other applications
- integrating system that allows the customer to have shared access to the information contained in different software applications
- development on the ALICE applications in order to personalize the software according to the specific requirements of the customer
- development of information publication, even the cartographic (webgis) one, that the customer wants to provide at the exterior
- analysis and synthesis of data that come from the various customers’ databases for the start-up of Business Intelligence Systems
- the acquisition, creation and configuration of territorial databases to set-up Geographic Information Systems
